Wadi Rum Visitor Center & Entry fees
There are many ways to come to Wadi Rum : by bus, by car or by taxi.
• By car :
This is by far the easiest to get to us. As you can arrive at the time you want and you will be free to stop at any moment on the road.
• By bus :
There is a new company in Jordan that has been developing transportation to every touristic areas : JETT Bus

• By taxi :
We have amazing drivers in Jordan that are ready to help you and drive you anywhere. Find below their prices, note that it is fro one way :

Payment method
The payment is accepted in cash, note that the ATM at the visitor center does not work for everyone, so we recommend planning the amont before arriving to Wadi Rum just in case.
The currency we accept is Jordanian Dinars : JOD
Wadi Rum Weather
• Summer Time :
the summer is very hot during the day and cooler at night. Temperatures can go up to 45 Degrees.
• Spring / Autumn :
Are very similar as it is the best periods in Jordan. They are the shortest seasons as well, but during the day the weather is round 25/30, which is great and at night it is much cooler. So you can really enjoy the desert to the fullest.
• Winter time :
Here in Wadi Rum the winter during the day isn’t too bad as we have around 15 degrees, however as soon as the sunsets, the cold starts to come. Check What o bring and wear to know how to prepare yourself for it.
Wadi Rum Visitor Center & Entry fees
Before reaching our village you will have to cross by the visitor center. They will ask you questions about your stay and with who you booked.
If you have bought the Jordan pass, they will ask you to stamp it and then you can head in our direction, as the entry is included in the pass.
However, if you did not buy it, the entry is 5 JOD / person.

Where to meet us & park your car ?
Sabbah will wait for you in the Rest House of Wadi Rum Village, which is at the entrance. From there he will take you to our house where you will be able to park your car.

What to bring & wear in the desert
For any seasons we recommend bringing :
• Sunscreen
• Sunglasses
• Scarf to protect your head
• A small jacket
• Closed shoes, as the sand can be hot in summer time.
• A backpack
• External battery
• Flashlight for the night under the stars
For winter time :
This season requires much more clothing, even though the weather can be comfortable during the day. The best is to always have warm clothes incase of cold wind during the day. As for the night, warm clothes are a must. Warm coat/jacket, socks, scarf.
